Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all Núnoo tags attached.

How do I care for my Núnoo bag?

For leather bags, we recommend using a leather protector spray before use. Suede items should be treated with a specific suede protector and kept away from water to avoid staining.
